We've updated our integration with Nova Post for international shipping — you can now generate shipping labels with order status tracking directly in the Cartum admin panel.

We’ve added the option to display the lowest price the item has had over the past 30 days on the product page and in the catalog’s mini-cards. This information helps shoppers assess the size of the discount and its authenticity.

Please note: For those who use their own Cartum SMTP servers to send emails from the store, emails to store managers will be sent from [email protected].

This change is intended to improve mail delivery and to prevent notifications about new orders from ending up in spam. For emails received by store customers, the sender's email address has not changed.

We ask that you review the new instructions for setting up email in the store and verify your information.

Important: If you are not configuring a third-party SMTP server, please note that it is very important not to enter email addresses from services such as gmail.com in the From field.

For stores with customers in Bulgaria and Romania, we have added integration with the international logistics service Econt. Now, customers from these countries can choose between courier delivery to their address and delivery to Econt branches and parcel lockers in their cities when placing an order.
