The product review feed is designed for the Product Ratings program. By participating in this program, the store can show customers shopping on Google aggregated reviews of their products. Product ratings are displayed in ads and free listings as a star rating (from 1 to 5) with the total number of product reviews indicated.
To join the Product Ratings program, you need to have at least 50 product reviews.
If you want to submit review data yourself, register for the Product Ratings program. After that, you can periodically upload your product reviews through the Merchant Center.
How to set up the product review feed
Creating a product review feed is available for stores on Cartum that operate on Standard and above plans.
Important things to know about the review feed:
Only reviews that have been moderated and published on the site are included in the feed.
Since the Product Ratings program has content requirements for reviews, short messages (less than 50 characters) will not be included in the feed.
Only reviews that contain rating scores (stars) are included in the review feed.
For display in the feed, the names of users who left a review are anonymized.
Product information
Along with the review, basic information about the product for which the review was written is transmitted in the feed, namely:
SKU
Name
Product page URL
Brand
Barcode (GTIN)
MPN
The Brand, Barcode (GTIN), and MPN parameters are mandatory for products that have these parameters.
To create a review feed:
To start, enable the Product Ratings Feed for Merchant Center in the site's admin panel in the Marketing → Marketplaces section.
Click Generate feed. After creating the feed, the XML file is available by clicking the XML button.
Feed link
When the feed is first generated, a unique link to the feed is created:

, where alias is a random sequence of 32 digits and Latin letters.
Managers as owners can change the unique link or add a unique extension to the link. To do this:
In the admin panel, go to Marketing → Marketplaces and click on the feed.
In the URL field, enter an alias for the link or click Generate to generate an alias automatically.
Click Save.
Note: after changing the feed link, the old link will not work.
Feed update
The file is automatically updated once a week to maintain up-to-date product information. During initial setup or for a forced update, click Generate feed.
After creating the feed, the XML file is available by clicking the XML button.
