Integration of online payments via RozetkaPay

How to activate and configure accepting online payments by bank cards via RozetkaPay on the website

RozetkaPay is a convenient payment service that lets you set up online card payments on your website. RozetkaPay enables you to connect popular payment methods — Apple Pay and Google Pay e-wallets, Visa, Mastercard, and PROSTIR payment systems — and provide a convenient checkout experience for your customers.

To connect the service, you need to:

  • Fill out a form with information about your business;

  • Provide an IBAN for financial monitoring;

  • Upload copies of documents and sign them with your qualified electronic signature (KEP) personal key.

If you have all the documents ready, completing the form takes up to 10 minutes.

For Cartum customers, RozetkaPay offers a special rate of 1.4% for online payments. Save on acquiring fees and offer shoppers more payment options.

How the integration works

After placing an order, the customer is redirected to the RozetkaPay payment page. After a successful transaction, the payment status for this order in the admin panel is automatically changed to Payed: Yes.

Where to get the data to connect the integration

To activate the integration in the store’s admin panel, you need:

  • Login (login);

  • Password (password).

This information is provided by a RozetkaPay Manager.

Activating the integration in the Cartum admin panel

Use the received data to activate the RozetkaPay payment system in your site’s admin panel:

  1. Go to Settings → Payment providers.

  2. Find the RozetkaPay payment system.

  3. Enter the relevant values in the Login and Password fields.

  4. Click Save.

Setting up the payment option

Now you can proceed to set up the payment method for customers:

  1. In Settings → Payment methods, select the payment method Credit Card (RozetkaPay).

  2. Make sure the Type field is set to RozetkaPay.

  3. If needed, enter a custom name and edit the settings.

  4. Enable the payment option by checking the Active checkbox.

  5. Click Save.

Selecting delivery options

After connecting and configuring the payment method, you need to choose for which delivery options this payment method will be available:

  1. Go to Settings → Shipping methods and carriers and click the required delivery method to open editing.

  2. In the Payment field, check the Credit Card (RozetkaPay) checkbox.

  3. Click Save.

If your store has an integration with PRRO enabled

If you have Checkbox PRRO or Vchasno.Kasa PRRO connected, you must configure the transfer of the payment form to the fiscal receipt.

To do this, go to Settings Payment methods Credit Card (RozetkaPay) and select the required value in the Form of payment in fiscal receipt field.

RozetkaPay connection checklist

To make sure you don’t miss anything, check that all of the following steps have been completed:

  1. The login and password for connection have been received from RozetkaPay and entered into the corresponding fields in Settings Payment providers → RozetkaPay;

  2. The Credit Card (RozetkaPay) payment option has been configured and enabled;

  3. In Settings Shipping methods and carriers, you have selected which delivery methods this payment option will be available for;

  4. If you have PRRO connected, the transfer of the payment form to the fiscal receipt has been configured.

How an order is paid

If, during checkout, the customer selects the relevant delivery option, the Credit Card (RozetkaPay) payment option becomes available.

When choosing this payment method, the customer proceeds to pay for the order either immediately after completing checkout or after the order is confirmed by a Manager — depending on which online payment mode is enabled on the site.

In the pre-moderation payment mode, a Manager must manually confirm the order by clicking the Send payment link button in the main orders table.

After that, the customer will receive an email with a payment link. Also, in the order details in the customer’s account, the To pay for order button will be displayed.

The RozetkaPay service payment page allows you to pay either directly by bank card or using Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payment link

In the main orders table, a Manager can quickly copy the online payment link to send it to a customer who didn’t pay for the order right away.

If online payment moderation is enabled on the site, the payment link is generated after clicking the Send payment link button. After that, the link can also be copied to send to the customer additionally.
