Products can be added to the online store manually or by importing them.

Let's take a closer look at how to add products using file import.

Please note that the categories into which you plan to import products need to be created in advance.

Create a file with the products to be imported. If you already have the file, skip to Step 2.

Download the template we have prepared for you. It includes examples of product specifications, and on the second sheet, you will find explanations for filling in the columns.

In the template, you can enter your product data based on our examples and recommendations.

Save the completed table to your PC.

In the admin panel, go to the Products section and click the Import button.

Click Select on disk and choose the table you've prepared to import, or simply drag and drop the file into the dialog box.

If the file is provided as a link from the supplier, paste it into the corresponding window.

On the import preview page, the columns will be matched automatically if the parameter names in the file and on the site are the same, except for Image and Gallery. These need to be matched manually:

Click the Import button.

Configure Actions with products. By default, standard actions are set — these options should suit you if you are just importing new products.

Click Start Import and wait for the import to complete.

On the import results page, you can Download report with the result of importing products.
