The fastest way to update product data on your website is to import a file.
Let's look at this process step by step.
Step 1.
Generate an export file with the products that need to be changed.
If you already have a file with new product data, go to step 5.
Step 2.
Open the file and make the necessary changes.
💡 Tip
To update products, you need to leave in the file only the SKUs and data that need to be changed. For example, to update prices, you need to import the SKU (to identify the product) and Price columns. All others can be deleted.

Step 3.
Save the file.
Step 4.
In the admin panel, go to the Products section and click Import.
Step 5.
Click Select on Disk and select the file you've prepared to import, or simply drag and drop the file into the dialog box.
If you have a file in the form of a link from your supplier, paste the link into the appropriate box.
Step 6.
On the import preview page, the columns will be mapped automatically if the names of the attributes in the file and on the website are the same.
💡 Tip
If the file contains unnecessary parameters, you can remove all mappings in 2 clicks. And after that, set the mapping only for the SKU and attributes that you want to update.
Step 7.
Click Import.
Step 8.
Choose what actions you want to perform with the products. For regular price updates, you can use the actions that are already set by default.
Step 9.
Click Import and wait for the result.
