Site visitors can leave comments:
On product pages;
In blog articles;
On the store's reviews page.
You can choose the location of the comments block on the product page, disable it, or set the number of displayed comments in the Website → Design → Design editor admin panel section, Product page → Page layout tab, Reviews element.
Customers do not need to log in to leave comments.
When a visitor leaves a new comment, site managers receive a notification to the email specified in their user profile.
Working with comments in the admin panel
By default, comments on the site are pre-moderated — comments will be published only after approval by the store manager.
You can disable comment pre-moderation in the Settings → General settings → Info about store admin panel section.
Publishing comments
In the admin panel, go to the Orders → Customer reviews section.
Find a comment to publish and check the Show on storefront box.
If necessary, you can edit the text of the comment before publishing it.
Replying to comments
To quickly access the comment reply page, click the Page field in the general list of comments.
To reply, the manager must be authorized in the admin panel, and in his profile in the Settings → Users section, the Full name and Email fields must be filled in.
For spam protection purposes, customers are not allowed to leave links in comments.
