This feature allows site visitors to write reviews and rate the store on a special page.
How to enable the reviews page
The page with reviews is present in the site structure by default, but it is hidden for your store visitors.
In the site admin panel, go to Website → Pages → Store reviews.
Select the Show on storefront checkbox.
Working with reviews in the admin panel
In the admin panel, all reviews are displayed in the Orders → Customer reviews section. To display only store reviews, use the filter in the Template column.
Pre-moderation
By default, reviews are pre-moderated, so new reviews must be manually approved before they appear on your site. To publish a review, check the Show on storefront box.
You can manage pre-moderation in the Settings → General settings → Info about store section, the Reviews moderation checkbox.
Reviews on the home page
The latest store reviews can be placed on the home page in a special block.
The desktop version of the site shows the 12 most recent reviews in a carousel with scrolling arrows. The mobile version shows the 3 most recent reviews.
How to turn on
To enable the reviews block on the main page of your site, go to Website → Design → Design editor, expand the Homepage block, and enable the Customer reviews option.
To go to the block settings, expand the Customer reviews item.
