The product feed for the Hotline marketplace is available for all pricing plans.
You can activate the feed in the site's admin panel under Marketing → Marketplaces.
To use the feed:
Activate the feed;
Fill in the required fields in the products;
Configure feed settings;
Set up categories;
Generate the feed.
Feed Activation
To start, turn on the feed in the site admin section under Marketing → Marketplaces.
What Information Will Be in the Feed
Your products will only be accepted in Hotline advertising if they meet content requirements. Therefore, before setting up the feed, ensure that products contain all the necessary information.
The feed have such data about the product:
SKU;
Manufacturer Product Code (MPN);
Brand;
Product Name;
Product Description - field Description for marketplaces (if filled) or Product Description;
Product Link;
Photo — a link to one image;
Price — products with a price of zero are not unloaded;
Product Availability and Shipping Time;
Product Condition;
Warranty;
Product Features (for certain categories).
Product Name
Hotline has specific requirements for product names: only one model of the product is allowed without listings. It is prohibited to include any advertising or other information unrelated to the product's name.

Product Description
By default, the standard Product Description is included in the feed. However, if your product descriptions contain a lot of unnecessary information that is not related to the product, we recommend using a separate field Description for marketplaces.
Note that the description itself is not uploaded to the Hotline site, but in some cases, it can be used when forming characteristics.
Manufacturer Product Code (MPN)
Hotline requires the Model Code (manufacturer's SKU) to be transmitted in the field. It is mandatory in the cases described in the Content Requirements for Product Feeds.
If the Manufacturer Product Code (MPN) field is filled in the general product properties in Khoroshop, its value will be transmitted in the field in the Hotline feed. If the code is not filled, the SKU for site display or SKU will be transmitted instead.
Warranty
Fill in the Warranty Type and Warranty Period, months. fields in the Main Information section when editing a product to include this data in the Hotline feed. Use import for bulk data entry.
If one of the fields is not filled, the information will not be displayed in the feed.
Uploading Products to the Feed
In the properties of each product that should be in the feed, you must specify Hotline Feed. For manual changes in the admin panel:
Go to the Products section and click on the desired product.
In the Product Description → Main Information section, check the necessary checkboxes in the Upload to marketplaces section, including the Hotline Feed checkbox.
To exclude a product from the feed, simply uncheck the appropriate checkbox.
For bulk configuration, use import. The import file must contain a column Upload to marketplaces with the feed name Hotline Feed.
If a product needs to be uploaded to multiple feeds, specify all names separated by a delimiter (;) during import.
Important: products with the parameter Display: No will not be added to the feed.
Setting Parameters: Product Condition, Status Availability
Match the product condition and status options in your store to the platform's values.
In the Marketing → Marketplaces section, click the Set up categories button next to Hotline Feed.
On the platform page, click Parameter settings.
In the window that opens, match your store's values with the platform's values.
Product Availability: Status and Shipping Time
For the Hotline feed, you can set the statuses In Stock, On Order, and Check Availability.
For each of them, you can also specify the shipping time from the warehouse: Today, Tomorrow, 2-5 days, More than 5 days. This parameter will be displayed on the product page in Hotline.
Product Condition
In the condition settings, indicate only the statuses that correspond to used and refurbished items. Leave the fields blank for new products.
Note: used items are not uploaded to Hotline advertising.
Category Matching
After turning on the feed, you need to map your catalog sections with Hotline categories.
Go to the Marketing Systems → Marketplaces page and click the Set up categories button next to Hotline Feed. In the window that appears, click Category Synchronization to load data from the marketplace.
On the left, you'll see a list of your store's catalog categories. Each of these needs to be matched to a Hotline category. Use the search to simplify the task:
Feed Link
On the Marketing → Marketplaces page, click Generate feed.
After generating, the language versions of the xml file feed are available by clicking the XML(ua) or XML(ru) button.
Upon first generating the feed, a unique link is created in the form of https://domen.com.ua/marketplace-integration/hotline/alias?langId=2, where alias is a random sequence of 32 digits and Latin letters.
Managers with the owner role can change the unique link or add a unique extension to the link. To do this:
In the admin panel, go to Marketing → Marketplaces and click on the feed name.
In the Link field, enter an alias for the link or click Generate to randomly generate an alias.
Click Save.
Note: after changing the feed link, the old link will no longer work.
The file is automatically updated nightly to maintain current product information. To manually update the file at any time, use the Generate feed button.
