By default, your store is configured to send an email with a request to leave a review of the purchased product:
The email is sent 10 days after the order is created, but only if the order has reached the Delivered status during this time.
By default, the letter is not sent for those products for which a review request was previously sent.
Note: you can change the number of days before sending, disable sending repeated emails with products that have already been sent to the current user, and disable sending emails completely. You can also change the subject line and text of the email. To configure these parameters, please contact our support team.
