UTM tags in store trigger emails

Info on UTM tags placed in automatic emails that the customer receives from the store

Updated this week

Automated emails that customers receive from your store contain embedded links to your website or individual pages on it. All these links are marked with embedded UTM tags that will allow you to track conversions to your website from such emails.

The tags are designed in such a way that you can easily distinguish them from the tags you set manually for links in different marketing campaigns.

Automatic emails that contain tags:

  • Order confirmation email;

  • An email about website sign up confirmation;

  • An email with a link to password recovery;

  • An email with a link to payment;

  • An email about an abandoned cart;

  • An email with a request to leave a review;

  • An email about the availability of the product;

  • An email granting access to digital products.
