Customer records are managed in the admin panel under Customers.
Please note: blocking a customer (buyer) on the website is only available to administrators with owner and manager roles.
To block a customer, click on their entry in the general table. In the settings window that opens, select the Blocked checkbox and save your changes.
Account blocking is done by a specific email address. To do this, the Authorization required option must also be enabled in the Settings -> General settings -> Checkout section.
