How to set up the Quick order feature

Quick order is a feature that allows customers to enter only basic contact information during the checkout process. This simplifies the ordering process as much as possible, which helps to increase the conversion rate.

After clicking the quick order button on the product page, the customer will see a simplified form for entering data. The Email field is optional.

You can also find this form on the regular checkout page by clicking on the Quick order tab.

Please note: during the quick order, the customer will not see a notification about the minimum order value if such a restriction is set on your website.

After placing a quick order, information about it appears in the general list in the Orders admin panel section. After that, the store manager should contact the customer to further clarify the payment and delivery details and enter them manually on the order processing page.

How to enable and configure

You can enable this feature, as well as disable the Name and/or Email fields in the order form if you wish, in the Settings General settingsQuick order admin panel section.

The text of the quick order button and/or tab can be changed by our support specialists upon request.

Quick order in the mobile version

For the mobile version, you can set the priority of displaying the quick order before the full standard form on the checkout page. To do this, simply check the Priority in the mobile version box.
