Stores on Cartum offer easy integration with Uklon Delivery Express. When selecting this delivery option during checkout, customers can specify the delivery address, provide delivery time, and add additional instructions for the courier in a separate field.
Uklon Delivery Express is available in 27 cities in Ukraine — their list can be found on the delivery service website.
Connecting to Uklon delivery service
Fill out a simple form via the link;
Accept a call from a Uklon Manager and choose a convenient collaboration format;
Gain access to the corporate portal.
Integration in the Cartum admin panel
Configuration is done in the site admin panel in the Settings → Delivery Options section.
How to set up Uklon Delivery Express
To connect delivery:
In Settings → Delivery Options, click on the Uklon Delivery Express option.
If necessary, change the Name of the delivery option, as customers will see it when selecting delivery.
In the Type field, the value should be set to Uklon Delivery Express.
In the Payment Options field, select the payment methods available to the customer when choosing delivery on the checkout page. By default, regular payment and payment by requisites are selected.
Set the Currency for delivery. By default, it is UAH.
In the Prices field, set up the delivery cost for customers. How to do this is described below.
For delivery in the Country field, Ukraine should be selected.
Please do not change the list of cities set in the Delivery Cities field.
After completing all settings, activate the Enabled checkbox and click Save.
Determining delivery cost
The delivery cost is defined in the Prices field for each delivery option. It has two values — a fixed amount or based on the carrier's rates.
Threshold — determines from which order value the delivery price applies.
Cost — fixed delivery cost.
Based on carrier's rates — when this checkbox is selected, the customer will see the text Based on carrier's rates in the delivery section during checkout. The delivery cost will not be added to the order amount.
Attention: if the first row in the Threshold field is set to a value greater than zero, this delivery option will be unavailable for orders below the first threshold amount.
Example of setting delivery cost
Example: with the settings shown above, for orders costing:
up to 100 UAH — this delivery method will be unavailable;
from 100 UAH to 500 UAH — delivery based on the carrier's rates, the delivery cost is not added to the order value;
from 500 UAH to 1000 UAH — delivery 70 UAH;
from 1000 UAH and above — delivery is free.
Uklon delivery at checkout
When selecting one of the cities in Ukraine where Uklon Delivery Express is available, customers can fill out these fields:
Address — address for courier delivery in a single line.
Delivery time and additional instructions — text field for additional information.
Processing orders with Uklon Delivery Express
When processing an order, the site Manager will see the delivery address and additional information provided by the customer during ordering.
Orders export and API
The content of the Delivery time and additional instructions field will be transferred in the order export in the Additional Information field.
Through API, Delivery time and additional instructions are passed in the delivery_additional_info parameter.
