A product set is a feature that allows you to offer a discount for the purchase of several products at the same time. The set is displayed in a separate block on the pages of all products from which it was created.
How to create a product set
In the Products section of the admin panel, open the product with which you want to create a set.
Scroll to the Related products section and in the Product sets subsection, click Add.
In the form that appears, fill in the set Title. For example, Cheaper together.
In the Product search field, find one or more products that you want to add to the set. The search works both by name and by article.
If necessary, specify the SKU of the set in the appropriate field.
Set the price for the set. You can do this by setting a discount as a percentage of the total cost of the set in the Discount (%) field, or by entering a value directly in the New price field.
The total cost of the set items is displayed on the product page in a crossed-out form next to the new price;
If the Discount (%) and New price fields are filled in at the same time, the second value takes precedence.
Select the Active checkbox to activate the kit.
Select Currency if necessary.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Attention: the Old price field is outdated and will be discontinued soon.
Please note:
If the product has variants, a set will be automatically created for each of them;
The set will be displayed on the pages of all products that are added to the set;
The set will be displayed only if all items in the set are in stock.
Multiple sets with one product
If necessary, you can create several different sets with the same product. To add another set, click Add under the already created set and repeat the previous steps.
All created sets will be displayed on the product page in a scrollable block.
Processing orders with a product set
On the order processing page, the store manager will see the SKU (if specified) and the name of the kit, as well as the products included in it.
If the store has stock accounting enabled, when a manager manually cancels an order, they will be asked to return all the items in the set to the warehouse.
