Updated over 2 weeks ago

In addition to the standard blocks, you can set up additional information blocks and choose their positions on the product page.

Why you might need this

These blocks can be used to draw attention to specific information that allows customers to learn more about product properties, helping them make informed choices.

For example, if you are offering skincare products, the block may contain recommendations and usage instructions.

How to create and configure an additional information block

To create an additional block:

  1. In the website's admin panel, go to Products Products templates and choose the template for editing.

  2. Add a new main attribute of HTML field type.

  3. Inform the support team about the new attribute, providing its system name and desired name to be displayed on the product page.

  4. Fill in the attribute values for the products. If values are not filled in for some products, the additional block will not be displayed.

How to fill in the info for an additional block

There are two ways to fill in the info for an additional block, similar to filling in the Product description — the direct editing of the product properties or the mass import using a table.

For filling in a single product, go to the product edit and find the field with the name you created in the Attributes section. Note that the block is filled in separately for each language version.

For mass import, the table should include a column with the products’ SKUs and the column with the additional block content named after the attribute you’ve created. Create a respective column for each language version.

The title of the additional block for different language versions can be set by our support team at your request.
