The call tracking function allows replacing phone numbers on the website to monitor which advertising channels and search queries bring the highest number of calls.
How to Enable and Set Up
The Binotel Call Tracking code and phone number wrapper are already integrated into Horoshop. You only need to insert your identifier and activate the system.
Go to the Marketing → Marketing Services section in your website's admin panel and open the Binotel Call Tracking item.
Activate the system and insert your Tracking Identifier (widgetHash) in the appropriate field.
Save the changes.
How to Find My Tracking Identifier (widgetHash)
In the Binotel MyBusiness account:
Log into the account via the link.
Go to Call Tracking → Settings and select your site.
In the Code for your site block, copy the widget id widgetHash.
After enabling and setting up, phone numbers on the site will start being replaced.
