Exporting store customer data to an xlsx table, what data is exported, other options for exporting customer data

In Cartum, on any plan, you can export data on store customers to an xlsx table.

How to export customer data

Go to the Customers section in the admin panel, click the Export button, and then save the file.

By default, data about all customers is exported. If you set filters in the general customer table, the export file will include only the data for customers that meet the filtering conditions.

Data in the export table

The file contains general data about customers:

  • Full name;

  • Email;

  • Phone number;

  • City;

  • Registration date;

  • Unregistered (Yes/No);

  • Language.

Data on registered customers:

  • Number of orders — all orders regardless of status that were placed by a customer are taken into account;

  • Value of all orders — all orders that were placed by the customer are taken into account;

  • Discount and Valid until — the percentage of the discount in the customer's card and the card validity period.

For B2B websites, the file contains additional information:

  • Customer group;

  • Balance;

  • Balance currency;

  • Manager;

  • Webpage URL;

  • Company;

  • Position.

Exporting customer data to Google Sheets

You can set up automatic export of your website's new customer data to Google Sheets using the Zapier service. This feature is available for all plans.

Attention: Google Sheets will receive data from customers who have registered on your website after setting up the integration.

Exporting customer data to Google Sheets via Zapier — Cartum

To set up the integration:

  1. In the admin panel, go to Settings → Zapier, select Create Google Sheets rows for new Horoshop users, and click Use this Zap.

  2. Follow the instructions below to set up your Zapier account.

Exporting customer data via API

Starting with the Pro plan, data on website customers can be exported to CRM using the API functionality. Read the instructions on how to set it up.
