What information is included in the feed
Your products will be accepted for advertisement on Hotline only if they meet the content requirements. Therefore, check that products contain all necessary information before setting up the feed.
The following product data is included:
SKU;
Manufacturer Product Code (MPN);
Brand;
Product Name;
Product Description - the field Description for Marketplaces (if filled) or Product Description;
Product Link;
Photo — a link to one image;
Price — products with zero prices are not exported;
Product Availability and Dispatch Time;
Product Condition;
Warranty;
Product Attributes (for certain categories).
Product name
Hotline has specific requirements for product names: only one model of the product is allowed, without listings. It is prohibited to include any promotional or other information unrelated to the product's name.
Detailed information for each category can be found on the marketplace portal:
Product description
By default, the feed includes the standard Product Description. However, if your product descriptions contain a lot of irrelevant information, we recommend using a separate field Description for Marketplaces.
Note that the description itself is not uploaded to the Hotline site, but in some cases, it can be used when forming attributes.
Manufacturer product code (MPN)
Hotline requires transmitting the Model Code (manufacturer SKU) in the <code> field. It is mandatory in cases described in the Content Requirements for Product Feeds.
If the Manufacturer Product Code (MPN) field is filled in the Cartum's general product properties, its value will be transmitted in the Hotline feed's <code> field. If the code is not filled, the Display SKU or SKU will be transmitted instead.
Warranty
Fill out the fields Warranty Type and Warranty Term, months in the Main Information section when editing a product to include this data in the Hotline feed. Use import to enter data in bulk.
If one of the fields is not filled, the information will not be included in the export.
Exporting products to the feed
In the properties of each product that should be included in the feed, you must specify Hotline Feed. For manual changes in the admin panel:
Go to the Products section and click on the desired product.
In the Product Description → Main Information section, mark the necessary checkboxes in the Export to Marketplaces item, including the Hotline Feed checkbox.
To exclude a product from the feed, simply disable the appropriate checkbox.
For bulk settings, use import. The import file must contain the column Export to Marketplaces with the feed name Hotline Feed.
If a product needs to be exported to multiple feeds, specify all names separated by a delimiter (;) during import.
Important: products with the parameter Display: No. will not be added to the feed.
Configuring parameters: product condition, availability status
Match the condition and status variants of the product in your store with platform values.
In the Marketing → Marketplaces section, next to Hotline Feed, click the Configure Categories button.
On the platform page, click Set Parameters.
In the window that appears, match your store's values with the platform's values.
Product availability: status and dispatch time
For the Hotline feed, you can configure statuses In Stock, On Order, and Check Availability.
For each of them, you can also specify the dispatch time from the warehouse: Today, Tomorrow, 2-5 Days, More than 5 Days. This parameter will be displayed on the product page in Hotline.
Product condition
In the condition settings, only specify statuses corresponding to used and refurbished products. Leave fields for new products empty.
